10 days

here we wait

on a day where cupcakes, pacys and blankees are a necessity.
and diaper changes and clothing are a luxury.

and yes that is my big 41.5 week belly in the pic.
because I am still pregnant

oh sweet baby.

on days like this i don't blame you for staying inside.
i promise your brother and sister don't always act like this.
we have already exhausted our final resource, the pool.
but that privilege was quickly taken away due to repetitive rock throwing.

matt and i are so looking forward to our mini vacation in the hospital.

and no, we're not kidding.

4tyONE weeks

I thought I published this yesterday. Oops.

Yup.
Here we are.
The baby and me.
WE are still a WE.
Because she is still inside of me.
I'm in a bad place today.
I want her to come.
On her own.
I'm not a full on hippy but I like to think of myself as mildly healthy.
I'm kind of a hippy when it comes to the health of my kids.
Like I will eat mac n cheese and they eat spinach and grilled chicken.
But that's because I love them more than I love me.
A lot more.

That said I don't like inductions.
I was induced with the twins at 38 and a half weeks so I have been there.
But I don't like anything about them.
Especially early inductions.
And I don't like how they are pretty much mainstream now.
Unless they are medically necessary, obviously.

I have my reasons but I am not here to preach.
I'm here to vent.

My doctors will allow me to go 14 days past my due date.
I am now 7 days past.
I try to be more healthy when I have babies in my belly.
Except I drank coffee this pregnancy starting at 20 weeks.
I'm sorry sweet pea.
Your brother and sister were too much to deal with while you were sweetly trying to grow so innocently in my body.

But
Unfortunately I'm not in control of when she comes.
And it makes me sad.
I want what is best for her.
So I'm sad that we only have 7 days left to get her out.
And I'm sad that I have to take my twins to get shots in an hour.
I'm emotional.
For no reason really.
Except for that I have control issues.
With the best intentions.
And I have no control.
So come out.
On your own.
So I can stop crying.

On a good note, Colton keeps coming up to me and puts his forehead against mine and smiles every time I cry.
He is the biggest angel bully I have ever met.
And I love it.

due date shmoooo date

it came.
it went.
baby is still inside.

i mean really, they should do birth months, not due dates.

the most annoying part is you can't make a phone call without hearing

"are you in labor"

or you can't answer the phone without hearing

"when are you having that baby"

and having a nameless overdue baby?

forget about it.

i don't know her name and i surely don't know when she's coming.

i have a doctors appointment on friday.
i will be 40 weeks and 4 days.
so we'll see if i've progressed.

i haven't attempted any crazy castor oil or eggplant parm bring on labor things.

but,
in honor of her due date i washed her baby blanket.
so i can check one thing off the list.

my sister-in-law, Taran, is on the verge of having a panic attack.
she would have everything done months ago.
i'm jealous.
she's a clean freak and she's always prepared.
always.

i'm not.

if i could just remember to register at the hospital that would be a big step in the right direction.

and i just need to get the car seat and pack my hospital bag and we should be good to go.

almost there

but not quite.
i will be 40 weeks monday.
today is saturday.

i have been eating like it is my last day.

kind of like

i might as well eat it since i might not be pregnant tomorrow.

guess what?
between you and me?

i know i'll be pregnant tomorrow
but
it's kind of like
every night i think........this could be my last chance to eat like a glutton.
which clearly is enough for me to justify the disgusting things i continue to put in my mouth.

among my favorites?
this bad boy.

the strawberry pillow.
i can't handle it.
i think about them non stop.

among my other favs this go round are
pie crust. no filling. just a little bit of the sugary cornstarch stuff and crust.
starbucks blueberry scones.
tijuana flats ice
pasta
churros
cake. no frosting. just cake. actually, i freeze cake. and eat it frozen. it's devine.
peanut butter
french fries
and pretty much anything else you shouldn't eat on the reg.

i have gained 36 pounds.
3 of which came last week.
i got cocky.
i gained 1/2 of a pound over the past three weeks and clearly thought i could maintain that.
oops.

whatev.
i'm not worried about it.
after baby i will get back to business.
i gained 63 pounds with the twins and it took 6 1/2 months to lose it so hopefully that "it's harder to lose weight the second time around" nonsense is
just
that.
nonsense.

i mean a girl can dream, right?

now if you'll excuse me, i have a strawberry pillow to devour.

oh.....p.s. i am due monday.
like not tomorrow
but the next day.

and i have been dilated one centimeter for three weeks now.
so it's looking like baby girl is going to arrive in style, fashionably late.

to be honest, that is just fine by me.
a wise woman once told me they are a lot easier to manage inside than they are outside.
i learned that she was right about 6 minutes after the twins were born.

uncontrollable chaos

listen here people.
the wheels are falling off.

i'm losing my mind and nothing makes sense around here.

the chaos is no longer controllable.

and why is my blog header cut off?
I can't figure it out and don't have time to.

how am i having a baby in 2.5 weeks?
how have i been pregnant for 37.5 weeks.
and yes, that .5 means a lot at this point in the game.

i have accomplished nothing.
aside from growing this baby
which,
i guess,
is a pretty amazing accomplishment.

i have no bags packed.
no plan for labor.
no car seat.
no coming home outfit.
the pack n play that my sweet pea will sleep in is currently the twins time out spot
and
i have no idea where any of the pack n play sheets are?

i had the sheets washed and folded with fabric softener sheets in between them so they would smell fresh whenever they were unfolded.

and can the poor kid get a name?

i know this really isn't a big deal to some so save your comments telling me i will be fine if i don't name her until she is two days old.
it's just weird?
what if i can't pick a name and then i'm forced to pick one that doesn't feel right because the hospital is pressuring me?

i did buy some newborn diapers last night so she will have 84 diapers which is a start, right?

i wish i nested.
you know, you hear those sweet stories where women just go into this crazy cleaning frenzy so everything is just perfect when the baby comes?

what the heck?

why didn't i get that?
anyone who knows me knows i need all the help i can get in the cleaning department.

and
the twins sure aren't making anything easier.

well,
one twin in particular.

monday was one of the worst days since the twins were born.
i think i cried 17 times.
tuesday i woke up and my eyes were red rimmed and stinging.....still.

colton has taken his clingy-ness to the next level.
he screamed for 2 hours straight and wouldn't stop unless i was holding him
in a blanket
sitting down
on the couch
and talking to him.

which,
i refused to buy into.

so it was either let him be the boss or show him i am boss.
both options sucked but i opted to be boss.
so he followed me around grabbing my legs for two hours.

let me tell you, it was torture.

when we got to swim the rash he had been sporting for a day was in full force.
i took him to the dr and he has......
ready for this?

hand, foot, mouth disease.

so
gross.

we have no idea how he got it
but
he has it.

then,
of course,
i felt guilty for letting him scream for hours
but i was still going insane because
he was still screaming

for hours.
this time, he was inconsolable.

he is getting better but the nasty fungus has temporarily suspended our swim career.
which
is really awesome because they have three weeks left
and i timed it perfectly to be over right before i have another baby.

so everything is just going swell around here and if i make it through the next 3 weeks no one will be more amazed than me.

\but,
before i go,
can i give a shout out to the baby in my belly real quick?

i don't know if you are going to continue being such an angel once you come out
but i can promise you if you are,
you will definitely be my favorite.
like for real.
and for forever.

i can't decide if i just don't have time to succumb to the pains and trials of pregnancy or if you have just been that good to me.

either way,
if you keep this up and sleep like a normal newborn and pretty much do everything opposite of the twins did their first 10 months you will get more toys at christmas
and a car.
when you turn 15 and a half.
and it will be a new car.
and i'll make the twins share a car.
an old car.

and i won't even hide it.
it won't even be our little secret.
i'll tell people openly you're my favorie.

deal?

do you wanna know why?

listen.
i've said it before and i'll say it again.
i am no neat freak.

but

i have a better appreciation for an orderly house since the twins have come along.
i love things neat,
i just don't want to be the one who neatens them.
get it?

the appreciation for a more organized space is more out of necessity versus cleanliness.

i need to know where two pacifiers are at all time because multiple meltdowns ensue around these parts at any given moment. and pacis are a quick fix to me maintaining the shred of sanity i have left.

i need to know where the wipes are
which,
are under the couch teetering the line of reachable/non reachable.
i am too pregnant to be able to lean over and dig deep but too tired to heave this belly up once i've already sat down.
they must remain far enough back to where the twins can't reach them and play one of their favorite games commonly known as "let's empty the wipes container, snack on a few, hide a few and throw the rest like we are celebrating like we are in a greek restaurant".

i need to know where diapers are and where clean sippy cups are and where clean clothes are.
we leave this house in a flash most days to avoid meltdowns that are brimming up about to explode by one of the three of us.
the last one has become tricky because the twins love to empty all of their drawers and throw all their clean clothes on the floor mixing them with the piles of laundry that "i will do that day"
ha.
it is mainly tricky for other people because they don't know what is clean or what is dirty.
one of my husbands pet peeves.
i have decided the best cure is not dressing them unless we leave the house.
easy peasy.
less laundry.

anyways.
you get the point.

i would love a clean house but i am unable to do it.
and i don't get how people do.

for example:
i start each day saying today i will mop.......or........fold laundry........or.........dust.
ha.
let's be honest,
i have probably dusted this house twice.
but sometimes when i see how dusty it is i really do say that in my head.

however,
with great intentions or not,
the following seem to happen rather regularly clouding my ability to clean.

i regularly end up putting everything back in the pantry that the twins have taken out.

or
i have to constantly remove my monkey child from whichever surface he has decided to climb.

                                                                            or dangle from

sometimes i do get the house mopped
but
you would never know because ten minutes later
it is covered in yogurt.

or sometimes
i have to
clean up the bowl of peas that was dumped and somehow made its way into the family room along with the magazine that somehow got shredded.

or plead with the twins that not only is it not a good idea to stand on the table, it is also not good to play with light switches.

sometimes that laundry doesn't get folded because right after i have put the twins down for a nap i find a box of cereal that mysteriously has ended up on the floor instead of in its box.

sometimes i waste twenty minutes walking around the house looking for the charger to the computer because my darling children like to unplug it and hide it.

i guess what i am trying to say is......

matty,
as crazy as the house looks when you get home, know it is a far improvement from where it once was.

p.s. notice how they aren't fully clothed in one single picture?
told you.

***REVISION***

it is now 6:04.
i wrote the above post around 1:00.
i tidied up from 5-5:45.
this place looked good.
well almost good.
the vacuum started smoking.
and being that the twins chase the vacuum with their faces a few inches from it i stopped avoiding what i felt could result in a potential emergency room visit.
so i only got half of that done
i then cooked dinner while side stepping through these shenanigans.
they did this in 12 minutes.

which of course is when matty got home.
he said "what happened in here? did a bomb go off?"
all while pouring a cocktail and sauntering to a nice warm shower.
alone.
sometimes i think physical violence should be allowed in marriages.

today is one of those days.

Holy Catch Up

Alright
Alright.

I have so much to catch you up on that I don't know where to start.

The truth is???
I just don't feel like blogging. I feel like sleeping.
The twins started swim lessons last week and sitting outside in that heat is exhausting.
I just want to sleep.
That, and the fact that they require six towels each lesson means extra laundry.
I cheat and use four but still, they have lessons five days a week so that means twenty towels a week.
I'm not a good housewife.

Actually

I'm an awesome housewife I just leave a lot to be desired in the cleaning department.
Luckily I am awesome in all other parts so it kinda balances out.
Ya feel me?

Anyway......here is my feeble attempt at catching you up even though I want to be sleeping.

The twins cousins came in town.
How cute is this group?

Although we didn't get to spend too much time together (my cousins were in town and staying with us) we were able to snap a pic.

We celebrated my dad's birthday.

We let the twins have ice cream for the first time.

This is what happened when ice cream time was declared over.

Luckily, for her, her grandpa is a pushover and let her scrape the plate.
What is it with those Grandparents and sugar?

When she realized there she was unable to get any more on her spoon the meltdown ensued.

She recovered enough to give grandpa a birthday pic with 3/4's of the grand kids. Baby Brandon was home probably sleeping like the little angel he is.

I packed up and headed to my dad's beach condo while dada stayed home, you can read about that here......I'm not ready revisit those memories yet.
You can't tell by these pics but it was a

de·ba·cle

We made it home in one piece with mama vowing not to travel without dada anymore.
Or maybe just not pregnant.
Who knows.
Jury is still out.

Kids just woke up.

To
Be
Continued.

Ohhhhh.
p.s. - we only have 6 more weeks until baby number three. 6 more weeks.
I find that comical.
In six or seven or probably eight weeks I will have three kids.
And no, she doesn't have a name yet.

steady streamin'

i'm way behind around here.

and once you stop blogging it's hard to just jump back in.

we had family staying with us last week and then i went to my dad's beach condo.

things i learned:
don't take 14 month old twins to the beach by yourself.
make sure you scan the beach for a jellyfish infestation before you let your babies out of the stroller.

if you need to know what to do when your babies try to eat jellyfish, call me, i now know.
yes the twins ate jellyfish.
yes both of them.

they were dying on the sand.
the jellyfish,
not the twins.

yes they got stung.
yes it was miserable.
the good news is that since the jellyfish were dying/dead the poison wasn't as potent?

i need to contact my dad's condo hoa and ask them to remove the stairs and install a ramp.....pulling/pushing the stroller up and down the stairs for the beach access is redic.....especially eight months pregnant.
i thought my baby was going to fall out.
and it was hot.

i have eight more weeks with this baby in my belly.....which, let's be honest, means she will probably be here in ten.

i go to the doctor and hope he tells me i am already dilating.

they won't even check. i know that. but a girl can dream.

this pregnancy couldn't have gone any easier.

i kind of knew it would because after being pregnant with twins how couldn't it be?

i think that is why this poor baby girl hasn't gotten much face time on the blizog.
after a day at busch gardens or the zoo i feel really pregnant but other than that sometimes i forget.

i had pregnancy insomnia with the twins and i have it this time too.

not being able to sleep when you're exhausted is exhausting.

and not fair.

i wake up every night around midnight and 2:15.

that's in addition to all the other times i have to get up to pee.

in ten weeks i will have three children under the age of one and a half. that's insane.

yes i am terrified.

i don't know how i am going to survive.

my daughter has turned into a bully.

she hits and pinches.

today at target i took away a shoe from her as we were leaving and she poked me in the eye, smacked me in the face, pulled my hair so hard it came out of my rubber band and pinched me.....all while gritting her teeth and shaking.

what the heck is that?

she looked psycho.

i wanted to laugh so hard but i was so mad at the same time.

she is so cute that she can kinda pull off crazy. kind of like me.

don't worry, i laid down the law and we are currently working on her physical aggression.

in cuter news she now says bubba and gets all shy and flirty and uhhhhhdorable when she looks at him.

you'd die.

they both say baby when they see babies. again, uhhhdorable.

they both yell bye with the cutest southern twang......even when they have no intention of going anywhere.

even though they are the cutest twins on the earth they are kinda making me crazy.

i need a break. or a vacation. or just a day without them.

they have such strong personalities and they gang up on me.

i don't know if it is because i am pregnant or not but sometimes i want to throw them across the room....maybe more like lightly toss.

nope, that's a lie. sometimes i want to throw them.

i just hope they both have twins so they can be paid back. and i can laugh.

and i've kind of learned lately how much difference a baby's demeanor can make.

for example, i have tried to turn my kids into tv junkies. they will watch yo gabba gabba for about four minutes then it's time to do something else.

they are both stubborn and high energy and demanding and determined and any other adjective that are synonyms for the aforementioned.

so, if i had tv junkie kids that just sat for ten minutes maybe twins wouldn't be so tough? i'll never know.

i can't wait to have a fruity summer cocktail. ten more weeks. ten more weeks.

we still haven't picked a name.

i don't even know if we're close.

we might be those parents who still don't have a name when the baby is born.

i'm weirdly ok with that.

i am the kind of person that knows what she wants immediately.

and i know what i want but my husband won't oblige.

i'm not giving up.

i got serious and asked what needed to happen for me to get my way.

he said nothing.

he obviously isn't too good of a negotiator......or he really just doesn't want the name.

that's what's going on around here.

stay tuned.......i'm back on track.

liars

they're all liars.

people told me that twins get easier at
three months
then six months
a year.

i now know they're liars.
all of them.

i have come to the conclusion that it will never get easier.

and i know a few moms with young twins read this blog
and
i want you to know
they are all liars.

it doesn't get easier. it gets harder.

in the beginning they don't sleep but at least they just lay there.
you can
shower
eat
facebook
......you know, the necessities.

and you are in such a delirious sleep deprived state that nothing seems real.
now, i am awake and aware.
and i am fully aware that it has not gotten easier.
they start rolling
then they start crawling
and walking
then running
in opposite directions.
and they learn how to open the pantry.
and they empty the pantry.

and the first day it's cute
because they will play in one area for six minutes with the pantry contents.

but then
they learn how to open the front door
and run outside
in opposite directions
with canned goods
in just a shirt and diaper because they have learned to take their clothes off.
so you just stop caring whether or not they look cute 100% of the time.

so you run out.
bring one twin in.
go outside to get the other one.
only to find out the first one opened the door and is now outside again
with more cans.
you then see their first round of booty rolling into the street.

that last series has only happened a few times.
but it has happened.
thank goodness we live on a quiet cul de sac.

their new favorite game is open the bathroom door, open the toilet, play in toilet, splash and lick each others hands.
AND
dunk the pacy in the toilet and put it back in your mouth as toilet water drips down your face is another crowd pleaser.

who does that?

they also dabble in open mommy's and daddy's door and hide.
here's what we're working with now.

he is not strong enough to move the couch yet but give him a few weeks.

however,
i am getting way too fat and pregnant to move the couch every time i want to go in or out of my bedroom.

our doors have handles, not knobs so finding those safety doorknob things has been difficult. i found something that may work so stay tuned

people tell me eventually they will play together but as for now?
not so much.

they can't talk so playtime is usually short lived and ends up in one getting hurt.
sometimes physically usually emotionally.
and these kids are draaaaaamatic.
they got it from their dada.
bahahahaha. those of you who don't know me might believe this and i love it.
every stolen toy results in a major crisis.

and have you been lucky enough to dine with us?
ha!
what a joke.
highchairs are no mas around here. they "sit" in big kid chairs nowadays.....but that is a whole 'nother post.
so eating out is pretty much impossible.
the only way we make it through is if i carb load them.
i just keep feeding them.
over
and
over.

the good news is the new baby will be here in august so everything will get a whole lot easier then.

oy
vey.

Independent Playtime

I'm writing this from my bed during "Independent Play Time". I thought I was genius by coining this phrase which, to me, is:

putting my twins in their cribs because I am six and a half months pregnant and need to close my eyes for thirty minutes because they are only napping once a day now and straight up exhausting me.
.
How's that for a run-on sentence?

However, I decided before I go on and on about how much of a genius I am

and that you all should to.ta.lly. come to me for all parenting advice that I would google it.

I then realized I in no way made this term up.

Oops.

I felt really smart.
It is actually a recommended activity from Babywise which I read and followed when the twins were born. Apparently I retained that term and spit it up again a year later claiming it as my own.

You should still know I am a genius regardless.

IPT (Independent Playtime) has been a lifesaver. We have had a long and stressful week and I was up way too late Friday and Saturday for one of our good friends wedding (Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Seaton). Monday was the first day of IPT and it was out of necessity. I turned on the radio, threw a few toys in the twins cribs and peaced out for 30 minutes of glorious silence.
Uh.ma.zing.
Needless to say this was definitely going to become a part of our daily regime.
Repeat Tuesday and Wednesday but today......we had a teeny snafu. IPT decided to smack me in the face.
I put the twins in their cribs at 11:30, I went in there 20 minutes after IPT started and they were both
passed out.

Now nap time is ruined.

Joke is on me. Big time.

Oh well.....

What I really came to talk to you about is the name game.

How insane has this thing gotten? Hold on my friends, I'll tell you.

The poll results have been checked 763 times.

I have had over 2,000 views since the poll went up.

People have viewed (repeatedly) and voted from:
Germany
Finland
Moldova
Canada
Singapore
France
United Kingdom
Russia
Australia
Austria
Taiwan
China
and
Italy

How cool is that?
I love that you guys are loving this. I totally thought my parents and in-laws would vote and we would call it a day. Ironically, only one out of  the five of them has voted (my daddy).

I also thought Finn was an adorable name and that this poll would prove that to Matt.

But........

Shows what I know.

Monday, April 11, 2011

they're made of sugar and spice and everything nice.

If you know my husband or me you know we don't fight softly. We don't even discuss softly.
We are both stubborn and when we love, we love hard.
And when we dislike, we dislike harder.
That said, playing the name game hasn't been easy this time around.
And I think girls names are harder.
But with the twins, I thought boys names were harder.
Unfortunately, we had a boys name
but,
we're having a girl.
after
a lot
of discussion we have narrowed it down to seven.
Actually six.
But,
my dad hates all of our names so I have granted him a write in.
One of the names is his choice.

Choose wisely.......and bonus points if you come back and leave a comment telling me your vote.
Actually, I beg you to come back and leave a comment with your vote.
I am printing this blog out in January and I would love to have everyone's votes forever.
Or your own write in.

The poll is on the main page
top right
but,
come back here to leave your comment.

Polls close May 1st, 2011

For some reason I'm really nervous......

What should we call this little girl?

Sooooooooo Matty and I have had a really tough time finding a name for this little girl I have in my belly.....we can't agree.

So Matty came up with a plan,
he wants you to decide.
The winner is our little girls name.

I on the other hand am not willing to give you all that much control but, I am definitely down to hear what you all have to say.
AND, I know he doesn't read my blog so maybe I can bribe you guys to swing my way, ya heard?

So,
this weekend we are going to narrow down our list to six names and Monday I will be putting a poll up.

Sound bueno?
Stay tuned.

stream of consciousness

n., pl., streams of consciousness.
  1. A literary technique that presents the thoughts and feelings of a character as they occur.

i spent all last monday night in after hours pediatrics with a blue lipped boy, struggling to breath that wouldn't respond to breathing treatments.

he has rsv and the flu.
i was having meltdown after meltdown. i couldn't hold him any more and the treatments made him cray cray. I called Matt at 9:30 to meet me there.

as soon as he got there he took the boy and within minutes he was responding to the treatments and his oxygen was better.

um. what? i change your diapers kid. you ruined MY boobs, not his, and this is how you repay me?

the doctor couldn't understand........and neither could i. but, we got to go home.

we have been doing breathing treatments every four hours and taking lots of medicine.

he was thisclose to being admitted to the hospital but apparently he and his dad had a talk, he rallied and we went home.

fortunately we are finally on the mend. finally.

moving on to other streams.

i put the twins down for a nap.
i went in 20 minutes later.
colton had no pants.
chloe had colton's blanket.
colton had chloe's paci.
colton's paci was no where to be found.
chloe's blanket was on the floor in front of colton's crib.
?????

i realize i haven't written about baby number three.

as a matter of fact, i haven't even announced baby three's gender.

i apparently am becoming am that token third child mom.

i will change that and write a post showering baby number three with attention.

and if you are reading this baby number three rumor has it that i will be too tired to raise you so you will probably end up being able to do a lot more than the twins all with a later curfew. so there is that to look forward to.

i haven't had many cravings but pie crust, not pie, just pie crust remains a constant. the coffee, tomato sauce/juice/soup, fresh market chicken salad with sliced olives, macaroni and cheese and martini cravings come and go.

i am 21 weeks and have gained 12 pounds. 10 of which were last month. wth.

sometimes i forget i am pregnant. except for when i want a martini, then i remember.
chloe now answers the following.....what does a sheep/cow/monkey say. so cute.

they both now throw things just so they can say uh oh. It is the most annoying and the cutest thing you have ever seen in your life......especially when they both uh oh for each other.

we don't have a name for baby three.

i am going to try this thing called meal planning.....do you guys do it? my husband says it saves money. we're going to give it a shot.

i am really down to cut coupons but how come they don't makes coupons for healthy fresh food?

is it true you aren't supposed to refrigerate tomatoes? if so, why?

i need to read to read to my kids more. it's so hard because they won't sit still and would really rather throw the books instead of looking at them.

i can't wait for the pool to be warm enough for us to swim. i think the pool will be key in staying sane throughout this pregnancy.

i think i've said this a million times but my kids start bobbing their heads anytime music comes on.
nothin' sweeter.

i don't think i've even done a post about chloe walking???? she started about a month and a half ago. oops.

i sweep or vacuum three times a day. it's still not enough. it makes me angry.

i'm feeling very springy and decided to spice things up around here on the chizeap.
i bought a tablecloth, cut it up and decided to make pillow covers.
i didn't have a pattern and just went with it.
i botched it.

here is the back......too short.

and here is the front.
it's inside out.
i guess i will not be supplementing our income with my mad seamstress skills.

i really want to plant a garden. is it too late?

i think i know what i want to do for the baby's nursery but i'm sure i'll change my mind 642 more times so it's not even worth giving you guys a lil sneaky peaky.

i'm leaving friday for georgia without my husband and kids.
it's my brother-in-laws, sister's wedding.
whoa. ya got that?
we are all close.
it is going to be one of those weddings you know is fun.
i won't be partying like a rockstar, i have a baby in my belly.

do you guys think emily and brad are still together?

i haven't been tending to my blog as of late. i feel like i get too behind and then it's stressful knowing i have to catch up.

i think doing stream of conciousness posts will be the answer to when i feel that way.
